"Easy and absolutely painless customer ordering process" Working with Josh and the guys at Audi Wilsonville to do a custom, Audi exclusive order was absolutely smooth and easy. Josh kept me up-to-date throughout the order and build process, and provided status updates when the vehicle made its way stateside. Josh is extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
"New A4 ordered" We ordered a 2017 A4 and everything went smooth except it did take a bit longer to show up at the dealer than expected. Very happy with the car though and worth the wait.

Had my car in for the 15k service and two service recall issues, and all was handled within 2.5 hours, after they had estimated 4. Had a very communicative service representative who kept me informed as things were changing, and had me out of there in record time. "Great Customer Service!" I have owned many nice European cars and must say this has been the most Customer Care driven group I have worked with. There have been times that I thought about going to another brand of car but after working with this Audi Service Group, I just can't. This last time I worked with Rod he kept me up to date on the repairs and let me know when things were complete. My next car again will be a Audi. This is because of Service not Sales.

"Great service" Eddy had me checked in and on my way quickly. The loaner vehicle was up front and ready for me. All necessary services were done. When I returned my car had been washed and cleaned inside. My car & I were well taken care of.
"Great Service Dept. - Recall notice" Super friendly and very professional staff. I was in and out of the service department very quickly. My car was immaculate when I got it back - that was the best part!
