"Accommodating and Service-Oriented " The Audi Wilsonville team went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. They completed my Q7 55K service ahead of the projected time, calling me to give a head's up before they finished. The loaner process was quick and efficient. Staff were very courteous and helped me transfer possessions from one car to the other. They are professional, accommodating and exceeded my expectations dealing with an under-warranty issue, plus my car was returned sparkling clean.
"Q5 service" My Q5 was picked up at my home and a loaner provided. Upon completion my car was delivered back home. Tremendously convenient and everything was on time.
"Professional and kind" All went well and was faster than expected. I always have great service at Audi Wilsonville. All questions were answered and all service was done to my satisfaction.
"Recall part inspected." We were immediately met with a smile. Dropped of our Q-5, and received a new Q-5 as a loaner. We were called when work was completed. Came back to find our car was washed, vacuumed, and completely serviced! Great work!
