He listens to his customers and is not pushy. The team was willing to go up and above to insure we were happy. The facility is great and very clean. This is how a auto purchase experience should be at all dealerships.

Miles' calm and thoughtful manner was really appreciated, and he was always very prompt to answer any questions by e-mail. Sam's humor and obvious love for his job and and the Audi brand helped to make the long paperwork process bearable. If we ever decide to buy an Audi after our lease ends, we'll return there for certain.

My wife was very hesitant to look at Audis again after experiences with the salespeople at another local Audi dealership--lots of attitude and arrogance. Since the last time we looked this new dealership opened and we went down and got the car we wanted that day with a wonderful staff. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
