"Service Center - Did Not Meet My Expectations" I recently has an oil change at Wilsonville Audi on my Q5 and was told it would cost an additional $30 dollars to reset the electronic oil change reminder. This should be included in the price instead of trying to itemize their services. They did a great job washing and cleaning the car but I would have preferred getting an oil change that includes doing the job for one price. "Turn Around and Run To Somewhere Else" Too many things to list and this could literally be a short story. Major engine work done at 54k miles. Timing chain goes out at 90k and caused $6000 worth of damage. Audi only covers the cost of timing chain but only 25% of damage the timing chain causes. Why? "Broken Cars For Sale" We purchased a 2013 ML350 from wilsonville audi a Ron Tonkin dealer and 15 days and less then 1000miles and a near miss catastrophe the vehicle came t a screeching fault on I5, the managers told me that it is not their problem but in the service notes that I obtained It states the "service lights" were reset. manager refused to work with me on an amicable resolution, and now i am stuck with a $3,040 service bill. "Lazy and sassy" Not happy at all with my experience! I pretty much did it all for them as well! Scott is lazy and sassy! For example, (week 2 after owning my car) "Hey Scott, When is my other key & owners Manuel going to be here? I thought you said it was being sent over night the day you dropped my car off...? "No customer service !" I bought an Audi A4 from Wilsonville Audi. I drove it home and called them to say this car isn't for me. The seats are rock hard and it is very uncomfortable. They didn't try to help in anyway. They were sorry I didn't like "MY" new car. Any dealership but a Tonkin dealership would have back us out or would have found a solution. They have HORRIBLE customer service.
"Lack of respect" The stuff seem to be a bit rude. Not willing to spend the time and effort. The way they talk sounds like you can't afford it. I doubt how many cars they can sell a month? Overall we had much better experience with sunset Audi.
