He allowed us to feel like we directed the process and made it easy to come to a decision. From that point on the dealership was a well-oiled machine, from paperwork to delivery, we never felt we had to wait an extended period for any next step. It was hard to believe that this was a new dealership.

I would buy another car from this dealership and from Josh if the opportunity presents itself. The dealership was state of the art with a nice waiting area and play room for kids.
