I had a minor light issue that needed replaced and there was no hassle and they just took care of the whole thing and I was on my way. I know Scott from when I purchased my new Audi and he as exceptional then as well as now.
Bought a used Audi. Vehicle had some issues that were not disclosed. Also, the gap insurance was not refunded when I paid off the loan. Dealership would not return my calls.
Service - 7hrs later - oil change & new tires still not completed. Advised one more hour - why?
The Electrify America credits offered by the dealership did not work but the dealership and Audi customer report refused to rectify the problem. In just one year, we lost 11% charging caoacity on our new Etron Quattro with only 9,000 miles. The servive dept. did not correct the oroblem. The trip planning function did not work because it grossly overestimated how far the car could go on a charge.
purchased use 2018 s5. salesperson hid the fact that the water pump was failing and revealed itself during the first extended drive it performed in it. Service department took over three weeks to replace a water pump that was said to take 4-5 days, and had it not been for repeated queries by me it would have taken even longer. I'll start this review by saying this: if you feel like you've been scammed by a car dealership, you have rights. Research the law, both state and federal, especially with the attorney general, the BBB and the FTC. File complaints. Leave reviews. I purchased a used car from these people in January 2023, in cash. I live in a different state from where I bought the car, so they drove it to my house. Corrupt as you can imagine maybe even more. Horrifying experience. They refused to give me commonly available information on my car and somehow my profile was never reconnected after an accident. Now my Vin number is missing from the Audi online check.
