"For the second year in a row my car was not “detailed”..." For the second year in a row my car was not “detailed” after my annual service. When I came to pick up my car it was clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I went to Brain to get it cleaned, waiting 15-20 minutes while they cleaned my car and when I drove away the back seat was still dirty.
