Insulting Sales Staff Looking for a used Jeep for our daughter. Drove to the lot to see what the self proclaimed "best selection of used jeeps" lot had to offer. First, lot is small with no customer parking. While walking around the lot we were approached by Clifford who walked around sipping on a coffee and trying to make small talk. Could never talk to a live person I wanted to make sure the car I was looking for was still available or they would have one similar before I drove the long distance. I called for 3 days straight every hour on the hour an NEVER SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON.. I've left messages after messages and no response I'm extremely disappointed and I'm now looking elsewhere.

terrible i saw a jeep wrangler on their website that i wanted to buy. i called numerous times and left a message everytime i called. never called me back. when i did finally get someone on the phone, the salesman told me they didnt have any wranglers on the lot. not very professional.

Don't buy from this dealership They never responded to my cars.com inquiry. When I called them about the Grand Cherokee I was looking at the salesman was rude and told me we sell so many cars the ones on the internet are sold before we post them. He wanted me to go there and pick out what he had on the lot. I explained I was 80 miles away and wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and all he could do to help me was to say "when your ready come in and we will find you something". Anyone who says they had a good experience is a Fr I didn't haggle over 6 grand for a jeep. Did the right thing.... Car leaking anti freeze. Passenger window doesn't work oh and when I put on the right blinker I bright ppl.... Cars within 30 day warranty they had it since last Monday. Rude on the phone if you anger they. It's SUNDAY. Dissapinted This place is a joke. We bought a Jeep grand Cherokee from them and it has been a piece of junk from day one I should have known better judging by their parking lot full of jeeps with all flat tires it looks like a junkyard they offer a 30 day warranty but do not honor it trying to get a callback is just a joke This place is horrible if you're in the market for a jeep bypass auto Expo actually run very quickly

Not what I was expecting Checked out this dealer on line, he shows MANY XJ jeeps, the ones on the lot are junk! Except for 1 or 2, he does have a lot of grand Cherokees but not close to what is advertised as the XJ's go. I drove an hour to browse the lot. After. Trying to get me into a grand Cherokee I decide (to myself) I'll go elsewhere. As another couple came in, he dropped me like a bad habit!
