My salesman Craig was AMAZING as always, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! They have had my trade in for over three weeks and have never paid it off. I now have my old car payment still coming out of my account and they sure don't seem to mind one bit. Not helpful. So frustrating!!

I went in for a specific vehicle online back in October. Well when I was supposedly not approved even though really there was a couple that I overheard that came in after me wanting the same vehicle they got it and I didn't so then they put me in a new Sentra and they charge me for the regular price instead of the online pricing that I was there for in the first place so now I'm paying 5/8 thousand more than expected

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove an hour to purchase a Range Rover they had at the dealership in the used car lot. When asking if it had any problems or what they had done to it already they said they did routine things when they got it in including brake pads. They also said since a suspension light came on when we drove it that we could take it to the Land Rover dealership and have them check the car over and if ANYTHING was wrong with it they would pay to have it fixed. I only say this because I have purchased there before and had good service! This past year I've been getting calls, emails, and mail from them about trading in my vehicle and how they would work a great deal! I wouldn't know though because when I called in they said the lady who called me was busy and they would have her call me back. Never got a call even today and this was yesterday around 4 she was not on the phone with the same customer for the rest of the evening. Our experience started out well but after the purchase it all went downhill. We found a 2013 Ram Big Horn on carfinders that was located at this dealership. We went to look at it and we liked it. The sales man was wonderful and even the finance person was great. Though they do lack in giving you all the information you need. We left very happy customers but that did not last for long. We had the worst experience ever. My husband spoke with Bob for 2 days about what we wanted and were we needed the payments to be. My husband asked if that type of deal would even be possible. Bob states I do not see why not and set up a appointment. We arrived and Bob passed us off to Darren. Darren had no idea about the conversation that we had with Bob the last 2 days. I purchased a used Nissan Armada from here less than 2 months ago. We have put roughly 1500 miles on the vehicle. A couple weeks in we started hearing a popping noise from the front end. Took it up to the service department and they were great. Fixed us without any issues. 2 weeks later we received a postcard telling us our tires need to be replaced. Dissatisfied with the suv I got. No warranties. Had it one year and the transmission is out. Wouldn't replace crack in windshield. Had down payment and pretty decent credit score. Someone i know walks in there today and receives a new car with no down payment and crap credit score. Will not be spreading the word on you.
