I’ve bought two cars from AutoCenters Nissan, and I probably would have bought my third there someday if they hadn’t spent the past three years sullying the good experience I had by incessantly calling me. when we bought the car we got the biggest run around. the sales man told use it was a2018. wrong it's a2017 . then we agreed on a price and 5 hours later when we finally signed are payment are $200 more then we agreed on. and every time I take the car for my annual oil change , I have them check the rear tire on passinger side because it's low in pressure. but they said they rotated the tire and the same tire is low , now there ain't no way that they rotated them tires for the same tire to be low and why did they not even a... read more
I have a new truck with 17,000 miles and a engine light on. stopped in after work to have checked out. was told I have to make an appointment. and it would be a week before they could get me in. ok so that puts me taking my trip this weekend in my new truck with the engine light on not ideal but ok. then find out you can't schedule an appointment after 3 unfortunately I work until 4 guy tells me I'll have to call off or something. NOT WHY I PURCHASED A New TRUCK For.
Took two hours for an oil change, and that was with an appointment. Then the service self. Broke my tail light cover and I have to drive back to GF it replaced. Such an inconvenience!
Credit for EVERYONE? NOT true. But they are nice people.
Sat down with the salesman and before I even started anything ...I asked, “To please be upfront and when you run my credit please don’t send it out to a ton of lenders” as I was worried for multiple hard inquires . He promised and said they don’t do it that way , that the finance guy can look at it and have a pretty good idea of whom to send it to . So no worries we won’t blast it to all these “lenders”. 1000.00 dollars for a tune up on my pathfinder. are you crazy.
Service department did not show me as having an appointment when I arrived. Service rep was not very friendly. He did not go over anything in the paperwork regarding the service. My 30K inspection turned into an oil change only as far as I can tell. Bommarito is across the street from where I work so I guess I have a choice.
