Made an offer on truck and was then ghosted. No answer...no counter offer...nothing. My business might be appreciated somewhere else.
I called looking into getting a new car over the phone. I was told that they would take my trade after I gave them our scenario. I was told I would be guaranteed a loan and that the details would be worked out once I arrived. I drove two and a half hours to basically be made a fool. Don't patronize people by saying that you have a stimulus package to help if you honestly can't do it. I am very disappointed and will not shop atan AutoCenter ever again.
My mother was totally disrespected at this dealership yesterday by the finance manager Mike and the sales manager Casey. Buyer beware. This place is not trustworthy or professional in their interactions with customers especially the finance department. My mother was in tears after how she was treated and Mike should be ashamed of his behavior.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation, was watching at the glass window from the time my truck went in till it was done, they never did a tire rotation, the guy wanted to argue with me I told him I was watching the whole time! Now I just want to know how many times I paid for service that wasn’t done!!!!
Very rude customer service! The car salesman was very unmotivated to help me! He kept telling me dry dumb jokes talking about white people, which was very unethical as well as unprofessional. He didn't even really try to help me. I originally told the internet manager my concerns and I did not want to drive 2.5 hrs for nothing and she was so for sure that I could trade in my truck and that they could help me. They sold me a lemon!!! Transmission went out after 3 years!! Cost me $4,000!!!
we went there to buy a car and the sales man was rude the entire time and cussed us out. will not do business with this dealership at all.
