I will never buy another vehicle from here!! I urge everyone to go elsewhere to buy a Nissan! They went through California to get us a loan with a high rate (we have A credit scores). The people that "work" here have terrible time management and their customer service is even worse. The people we came across were disrespectful and rude. No one cared about the customers that were there, they were all too busy staring at their phones in pow wows in the "sales manager's" office. As we waited hours to meet with a "finance manager" we noticed many times their office empty of customers and them buried in their phone too. Always received good service with them and have been pleased just beware when getting a price for service. Just recently had to have some work done and was told there was a diagnostic fee which we agreed to. When they called us about what they found I asked what the TOTAL price for everything would be. My salesman Craig was AMAZING as always, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! They have had my trade in for over three weeks and have never paid it off. I now have my old car payment still coming out of my account and they sure don't seem to mind one bit. Not helpful. So frustrating!!
I went in for a specific vehicle online back in October. Well when I was supposedly not approved even though really there was a couple that I overheard that came in after me wanting the same vehicle they got it and I didn't so then they put me in a new Sentra and they charge me for the regular price instead of the online pricing that I was there for in the first place so now I'm paying 5/8 thousand more than expected
If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove an hour to purchase a Range Rover they had at the dealership in the used car lot. When asking if it had any problems or what they had done to it already they said they did routine things when they got it in including brake pads. They also said since a suspension light came on when we drove it that we could take it to the Land Rover dealership and have them check the car over and if ANYTHING was wrong with it they would pay to have it fixed. This past year I've been getting calls, emails, and mail from them about trading in my vehicle and how they would work a great deal! Our experience started out well but after the purchase it all went downhill. We found a 2013 Ram Big Horn on carfinders that was located at this dealership. We went to look at it and we liked it.
