We originally bought our 2014 Nissan from this dealership. We have had it only serviced here for the life of our car. This includes everyone of the oil changes. Yesterday my wife had the oil changed, she arrived home and found one of the hubcaps gone. This is the third time this has happened on different tires. When she called the dealership the service manager was argumentative and demanded that we bring in the car for their inspection to see if the wheel was defective. Salesman didn't listen to what I had said before trying to look into financing. Did exactly what I asked them not to do. Then I called and asked about it today and pretty much only answer I got was "well you got the car didn't you. And that my credit score will bounce back." Wont buy another car here
So I went here everything seemed great I have bad credit but was told they could help!!!! Well turns out they took my information ran my credit and never helped me I drove an hour and a half!! Just for them Todo nothing!! And I never heard from them again... So there's that.
Never go to them. Horrible place to get a car. They play around on the job, they are not for the customers and they lie
I took my pathfinder to be serviced, I got a call saying it was done. I was 2 blocks away and got there in a few minutes, me and the wife waited another hour before our vehicle was brought to us.....
What a great place to service your vehicle on a scale 1-10 I give them a 10 plus
I would advise anyone looking to buy a new nissan to look elsewhere. I bought a new 2015 nissan rouge that has now been to the shop at least 4 times to fix the air bag problems it has with at least the passenger seat that tends to want to shut off randomly even while someone weighing over the federal government regulations of 108 pounds is sitting in the seat. The air bag will randomly shut off and stuff off or never come on at all. And nissan can't seem to fix the problem and don't really care to seem to want to help. I wou... read more
Life time powertrain my butt. "If any problems occur while you own the car with the engine or transmission, we'll fix it no cost to you." That's what I was told. Three years later, my Notes transmission needs fixed, they fix it for free, then three days later they call and sayI owe money for it now. Ok, so either I was lied to or their trying to screw me. Other than my matnience, I'm done. I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere.
Purchased two vehicles from AutoCenters over the years. First time wasn't a great experience and second time was horrible. Single mom that needed a car, got pre-approved for a new 14 Maxima that was discounted and they ended up pushing me into a 15 Altima. Had two kids with me and was just trying to get a car for us. Ended up paying full price for the Altima and didn't have a trade. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
