Horrible communication skills! From multiple people. Over a week of phone tag. Employee’s rather text than return calls, or I’ll call you back and never did return call. I reserved an appointment time to test drive a vehicle on Tuesday morning, and when I arrived at my appointment time on Saturday morning, they had loaned out the vehicle for the weekend and offered no compromise or other vehicles to browse. I was extremely unimpressed and will not be returning.

Buyer beware. Horribly bad experience purchasing a 2020 Nissan Murano platinum model. I had talked with Marcus Lovett by phone prior to driving 240 miles to make this purchase. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I was shuffled between car salespersons and was not impressed with the process of this dealership. As loyal Nissan car buyer I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all!

Told me one thing and did not honor their word at all. Drove 270 miles to get a $3000 shaft. Sales manager was a jerk. They lower their price to get you in the door and don't give you what your vehicle is worth, so you are paying full retail in the end. Typical car salesmen.
