Purchased a new Honda Civic yesterday. Had an excellent experience at this dealership. Our Sales Professional, Harvey was just terrific. Will, the Finance Professional was equally professional. While at AutoNation Honda O'Hare we received top notch professional customer service, knowledgeable staff, any questions were answered promptly and completely, they were very patient and NEVER pushy. Loved our car buying experience. Love our new Honda Civic. Definitely will be referring family and friends there.

Service will try to sell you on things you don't need. took my 04 accord and quoted me 1000 dollars for transmission leak, took it to my local technician who's honest and said there was no leak, just some clamps that were rusted...
I was excited to test drive a CRV as I heard great things about buying a Honda from Honda. I was told that the car I was test driving/buying did not need repairs, that it came with a 3 year warranty and if I was unhappy for any reason I could bring the car back "no questions asked." Once I signed the paper work I was told the car will need repairs and it did not come with a 3 year warranty. Avoid this place! They are just trying to suck as much as money as possible from you. Took an appointment for Honda Accord Check Engine light. AutoZone checked the code which was P3400 requiring Oil Pressure switch change which costs $30. This is a known Honda issue and they have published service bulletins for the issue Informed the AutoNation Honda Service Advisor about the code P3400. I was driving by the dealership today and decided to come in to take a look at the new Honda Insight. My current lease is not up till March but I just wanted to drive it to see if I’d even like it or if I should keep looking for another car. The salesman wouldn’t even let me test drive one. And then he talked to the manager and came back saying that the car is out for for a test drive and he doesn’t know when it’s coming back. I’ll never even consider going to that dealership ever again.
John Ruberry (sales rep) is a dishonest rep. Stated he had the car I was looking for at the dealership just to get me to come in. Once I got there, they stated they in fact never had the vehicle. I walked out. Dishonesty is not the way to earn business. Shame on you for wasting my family's time. Anyone looking for an honest dealer please look elsewhere.
