This is the 4th car I've had to buy since August (replacing cars for myself and kids) and it was by far the worst experience. If I would have found this car anywhere else, or had a bit more time, I would have bought elsewhere. Be very careful buying a car here. Check your quote carefully for "errors" in addition and multiplication. Also don't expect to be called back if you leave a message for a sales manager or service manager.

This place is hit or miss. Yes, I bought my car from here but the process of getting the car was a bit sticky. Found the car on Auto Trader and my boyfriend wanted to bring it to a mechanic. They wouldn’t allow us to leave the property with it to do so. They offer a 5 day return period so I had to buy it and then take it to a mechanic, which I did do. The final experience was probably four stars, but the earlier experience was one star. After several phone conversations with someone I thought was a salesperson, I received an email from someone else (I won't mention names) about the vehicle of interest. The calls were all made by me, and the email address was mine, but the email was addressed to my husband's name with mine in parentheses. WRONG CHOICE. Service was prompt but price was about 75% over what it could be someplace else using OEM parts. Will not return.
It is easy to go on line and schedule. Had an oil change took an hour not bad, bad this time they did not top off my fluids I have no windshield solution.

Simple service person have no idea what he doing I came for oil change (it's new car second time)and after service he told me he change transmission oil differential oil alignment tires and expect to pay over 500$
