The rep we dealt with was very knowledgeable and efficient. He kept us informed every step of the process and made us aware that we could get a refund on the gap insurance from our initial loan. That's money we might not have gotten back for quite a while!

Such an easy process to refinance my vehicle. Even though I didnt have the best credit score I was still able to refinance. Everyone was very thorough and easy to contact. Made the whole process smooth.
