The refinancing of my auto-loan through AutoPay was a very easy process. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite and professional and a real pleasure to work with. Autopay was very helpful in getting our vehicle refinanced. They have you sign paperwork but Ieave the dates blank then they fill in the date and back dat it to when you first contacted them and make your first payment 45 days from then . Mine was July 1st when I contacted them it took about a week to get everything done ot h er than that no problems
