Fairly good Whitney from autopay is great communicator helped me through the process! She is amazing. The loan process was a hassle to get all paperwork done. Did lower my payment but did increase the total but it’s okay because they got me GAP.
Keep looking No where near the rate advertised, but is better than what I have, plus I have Gap now. Was slow on things and didn't care that the info they had for how long I have been employed was way off. At this point I'm going with mediocre over all. I'm very busy & hate dealing with this stuff, so I didn't search around.

Painless and easy Quick and easy refinance was a better experience than I've had with most banks.
Disappointed because of the higher interest rate. They made the process easy but I’m not giving at 5 because they didn’t get me the rate that originally drew me to apply even though my credit rating is excellent.
