Beyond excellent customer service from Luis Mitre Surveys are an annoying waste driven by employees to promote business as traditional advertising is a failure. Too much pressure is put on an excellent employee Luis Mitre who is woefully underpaid for the excellent work he does. Companies like this need to do better for their employees and stop letting this be a gauge for their failures as management.
