Montway set up my truck transport in a very professional way. I was contacted by my driver, Michael Hoffman, who did an incredible job picking up, transporting, and dropping off my truck on time, and as promised for a great price. I shipped my 1929 Mercedes Gazelle from Arkansas to Hawaii . The driver that picked it up in Arkansas was very professional , he kept me informed all along the way. When he got it to port the car wouldn't run, he contacted me and gave me a phone number of a mechanic nearby. Once I had made arrangements with the repair shop,he then took the car to be repaired. This was my first time commercially transporting a car cross-country. My experience with Montway Auto Transport was smooth as silk. The truck driver called and made an appointment to pick up the car. They did a thorough inspection and took lots of pictures and documented any and all scrapes prior to loading the car on the truck. I had never hired a transport company before so I was not sure of pricing or how to go about finding one. I went to Consumer Reports and found Montway as one of the companies at the top of their list. I called and spoke to Mason and he walked me through the procedure. He explained everything to me, gave me certain discounts and then the quote, which was in line with others, but with the military discount and one more the price was very doable for me. I received excellent service from Montway. What pleased me especially was the ability to speak with them on weekends, and after usual business hours on weekdays. I was also very pleased that my car was picked up the same day that I was leaving for Florida, rather than several days prior to leaving. I was please with the service as this is a 90k car. It arrived on time and looked as good as when it left there were some communication issues with the driver but that was easily resolved. This is the second time I used them and things went well both times
