Booked my car thru montway whom contacted beks brothers. Never knew the status of my vehicle for the duration of the LATE shipment. Kept getting revised delivery dates. Neither montway nor beks brothers have kept in contact about tardiness nor damage compensation as promised. Both get ignorant with customers and will hang up on you.

Montway referred my transport request out to Diesel Auto Express for my Audi S4 from Georgia to Washington this last December. When the car arrived, the car had no gas. When the car was put on the transport in Georgia, it had over a 1/2 tank. The car has a stage3 build and very fast - it was very apparent the carrier service decided to take my car out for a little spin and burnt the clutch and basically abused the crap out of it. Paid over $500 extra to make sure that auto was picked up on a specific date. Called day before pick-up to find what time this would happen. Was told 6:00pm on the date specified. Received call on that date explaining delay as a result from another pickup. Pick-up would now be at 8:30pm. Hour later received call that it would be dark and pickup would happen next day. Without going into all the gory details, my problem was with the subcontractor, RoadRunner, and not so much Montway. Although the car sat less than 60 miles from me, I could not get them to deliver the car on time costing me serious extra dollars in auto rental fees. RaodRunner did not respond to phone calls, return voice mails or show up the multiple times that they had scheduled for the return of the car. In the end, I didn't even get an apology. The Montway people were very friendly and professional. I like the way they keep you informed via update emails. However our driver did not give us advance 24-hour warning of delivery. He arrived 2 days b4 schedule, which we didn’t expect, around 4pm and asked us to pickup the car at 10pm. Too late and dark — how could you see if there any dents/scratches, etc. He then pushed us to do it very early the next morning so he could get to next delivery. Not good service on that end.

This is my first time with Montway and only the second time I shipped a vehicle. Montway kept me informed of the driver selection and the pickup time. When the driver got the car he communicated the status and his location along the way, and his expected delivery date and time. Very reassuring to me to hear the updates. Liars and unprofessionals!!! 1. Contacted me 10 days after I signed up with them that they can’t find anyone for the price they offered me and it will be $150 more. 2. They estimated 8 days for the delivery, contacted the driver after 8 days he said 13-15 days. I can’ believe this business work that way!!! Where did they get all those good reviews- looks like fakes all over and got me to pick that fake people!!! Seems like yelp is the only review company to say the truth! Shame on you Google!

Montway was not able to reach the driver/dispatch when I need them to contact to avoid the toll charges. Now to dispute EZ Pass team asked towing agreement but they are not able to give. So I end up in paying $150 out of pocket. I asked for refund from Montway but their part of the response is - By way of Federal Law via the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act, the actual carrier is the only one responsible for damage to the vehicle as they had it in their possession. I went with Montway auto transport company due to quoted ETA. However the car was delivered 3 days late. The Montway contract driver was not reachable and the lady in their office would only answer by text, not phone call. Montway customer service was good, but doesn’t make up 3 days of delay. Not exactly the experience that I was hoping for.
