Montway Auto transport used my credit card without authorization. They sent me a reference number and said to call to verify my shipment, I did as prompted. On the phone with dispatch he told me he didn't have a transport for the quoted price. The following day I texted them saying I got someone else and to cancel my order. Company told me that they would deliver my vehicle on Sunday between 1-5pm. After 5:00 pm I called the driver then he told me between 6-9pm, continued to wait until 10pm and texted him to drop the vehicle the following day as it was late. The vehicle has not even been picked up yet because they "have not found a carrier that will accept the cash terms" - terms that I selected to get the discounted rate. This is a bait and switch, and they are claiming that they can't find a carrier to take cash - their own terms. If I pay by credit card, then they will look for a carrier, but I won't get the discounted rate.Very dishonest.

My car was transported from Las Vegas to NY along the way my car received 2 toll violations on the Nj turnpike for the amount of $104.50!! My car was the last car on the 18 wheeler and you can planely see on the photo of the violation my car was on the truck.!!! This happened on Feb.14th while my car was still in transport.Currently waiting to resolve this issue but no response yet!!!

I am never one to file complaints, and I understand Montway contracts with other companies/can only provide estimates - but my customer experience has been absolutely awful. I first worked with your team over the phone to schedule my pick-up day/time so my car got to me within a reasonable timeframe. - On the pickup, I received no notification of the anticipated pick-up time, until I called with less than 24 hours left before scheduled pickup. Set up was fast, easy, and polite. As soon as I pre-paid, it all went in the gutter. Zero communication, drivers and dispatchers impossible to contact. First truck had to be replaced (no communication from Montway). Second driver no idea how to plan a route evidently. No show on first day, calls for pickup at 11:30pm. Did not pickup when said, 2 days late, did not arrive when said. Never should of taken car if going to east coast when we were on west coast. Communication was bad w/ co. Had to buy clothes and w/0 transportation for 2 days. Non-professional

One of your team members called me while I was being examined in the hospital saying there was a carrier ready to pick up the Hyundai going to St Louis, BUT it would now cost another $100. I said no. My wife then came to my hospital room & I told her about the Montway call. She said it was not fair to her sister & brother-in-law to make them wait for another carrier. It's been over 2 months since I shipped my car and I'm getting 5 emails a day from some Denise working there asking if I want to ship my car. I unsubcribed, I've called them to complain. What did they do? They put my ad up again on some website and now I'm getting calls from different companies too. They should be shut down. Denise fired. i will never recommend this place to anyone.
