This company doesn't even deserve a one star. That said BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of hiring them and it caused nothing but headaches. First of all they are BROKERS and hire other people to move your car, this means they have ZERO control of where and when your car will be delivered. This was my first experience with a car transport company. And because I live in a very small town I was apprehensive of the delivery service. However, my car was picked up in Florida & delivered to western South Dakota in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely use Montway again should the need arise.

PREFACE: I will be contacting BBB about this specific company. This company is absolute TRASH. They do not employ the truck drivers. It's based on who is in the area. I happen to live on Cape Cod which apparently, is "out of the way". This was made known to my husband and I two days BEFORE we have to leave state to move. At which point I would be abandoning my vehicle- Montway could not GUARANTEE that it would be picked up. Simple review, was quoted low on an unpopular route, was jerked along saying that they were "trying their best" for more than a week until my options were to upgrade my service (double the price) or go somewhere else. Went with Road Runner who had a driver immediately.

Terrible company. No communication. No one calls you back. I had to use "chat" to get in touch with anyone. Every time the person I "chatted" with said a company representative would contact me shortly. The NEVER called me back. Never after multiple inquiries and after 5 days. I tried 5 times to find out where my vehicle was and they didn't help me at all. They gave me the run around. Montway provided possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I scheduled my Auto transport from FL to AZ with them. They subcontracted my order to a cargo truck company that was completely incompetent and never picked up my car. When I call them upset they then cancel my order completely saying it was a business decision. Complete incompetence. Please do not use them. Use RoadRunner.

Taylor, it is important to remember that all transport dates are estimated. A motor carrier is assigned usually within 4 to 5 business days of the vehicle's first available date for pickup. All of this was communicated verbally and in writing to the customer. The customer provided a FAD of 4/24, and within 3 days our office received demands for guaranteed dates to which we simply do not offer. My initial contact was timely and very helpful in transporting my 2007 VW Rabbit. The driver that picked up my car came speeding into my neighborhood and went right past my house. He was very rude and only said 5 words to me. And then left my neighborhood as quickly as he arrived. My car arrived on time and the driver gave me two notices as to when he would arrive. After hearing so many positive things I booked with Montway Auto Transport. The day of my pickup I called to confirm everything to find out that they canceled my order without telling me, and when I asked what happened they said they reserve the right to refuse service and wouldn't tell me why, wouldn't even forward me to a help desk ... I strongly discourage using them.

I had such a good experience in using Montway Transportation.I have never done this before & was a little leary. I had to leave my car in the driveway in Florida - key with a neighbor - I had to leave town. Montway could not have been more helpful. They really made it easy for me. My car arrived in Nebraska a day before scheduled & in perfect condition by a very friendly driver. I would highly recommend this transporter.
