I used Montway August 2018. They moved my car over Labor Day weekend; I was a bit reticent but they assured me that drivers would be working that day and that the driver would be in contact with me to let me know within half a day as when they would be delivering my car and things. The opposite happened; I knew that delivery wasn't at an assured time, but my car was FINALLY delivered almost 2 days late. Why you waited TWO Years to ask for a review is beyond me, unless you think I forgot the negatives. Communications were just ok. seemed like he did not know when he would be where. Delivery ended up at a truck stop, not my residense. 18 wheelers made several deliveries on my street the week he delivered. Hassle that was not expected, nore appreciated. Car arrived as shipped. next time I will probably look for a different carrier.

Ordered through Montway. Still waiting for my car. My first pick up date was July 2, it’s July 17. Still no car. The carrier they chose is a nightmare “No Limit Transportation Inc”. They keep delaying my delivery with NO logical reason. They refuse to give me a discount and threaten to storage my car. I called Montway Auto Transport for a quote from Florida to Tennessee for my truck. The phone rep was adversarial from the start. I was told that a pickup date could not be promised and that there could be a three day delivery window. That led to a requirement on the part of Montway to have a person who could release the car on pickup and another individual on the delivery end that could receive the vehicle other than myself? I booked with Montway 11 days ago. Was quoted $1100 for open transport and $1579 for enclosed. They said it would be 2-4 days to get it assigned and 4-6 days for transport, so I figured worst case my car would arrive in 10 days. 11 days later they still don't have a driver booked for enclosed and are offering to ship open but want $1400 (not the $1100 they previously quoted for that). Completely unethical service business. Quoted $1,100 for a transport, I ordered and confirmed payment with card for $1,100 (order number 866561) . After 8 days I receieved zero communication and finally reached out. I was then told that the new price was $1699 because "rates have changed", which is an outrageous difference in price from quote. Stay away~!!! Drive stole my license Plate . Karine R told me driver checked my car before shipping and there was no license plate BUT Thank god~!!! i took a photo, when they are loading my car to the trailer. Karine R lied to me before i show her these photos... She told me she will send me a check for inconvenience, but i never received a check from them. 0 Star. Service and dishonest people. Paid to have a vehicle i purchased out of state transported enclosed and they ended up transporting the vehicle open. The vehicle was received filthy not to mention that it took an excessive amount of effort to get compensated any portion of the difference which was still not a fair amount in the end. I can not recommend Montway as I did not receive the service that I had paid for and overpaid for an open transport service.
