We would definitely use Montway Auto Transport again and recommend them to our friends and family. They took the stress out of shipping our vehicle. Wonderful customer service and our driver Kyle was a pleasure to work with. Great service transporting and receiving

They change prices in last minute and take advantage of our situation.They say we are locking your price but eventually they end up hiking the prices.
Never use this company. I cancelled a reservation with another transport company because Montway promised me a guaranteed delivery date. They charged me a 50% premium for the guaranteed delivery and never showed up and never bother to call and let me know. When I called them they told me that they would take $75 a day off the delivery price for every day they were late but couldn't even provide a firm delivery date. The saleswoman that sold me the deal wouldn't even take my call. This company is horrible.
Do not use Montway Auto Transport! They gave me a quote of $1,119 which I accepted and gave them my credit card. When they call to say they could ship my truck, suddenly the price was $1,399, a 25% increase and higher than any other price from any other company. That's bait and switch, and they are dishonest scam artists.

The first match we got was an additional $200 on top of what we were quoted for a closed (we requested open) trailer on the first date of our window (the customer service rep told me it would most likely be a few days later). Four days later, we weren't matched with another driver in time and no one reached out to me to check in. Over a week went by and I wondered what was going on/ turns out they canceled my shipment without ever telling me. Bunch of absolute morons. I should have known as soon as I heard the thick accent on the phone to just bag it to begin with.

This isn't my first time shipping with them and they tried it last time too. They offered a rate to pick up a vehicle, now remind you I shipped the exact same truck at the beginning of the year for the same price. It took a long time to get picked up and they called twice trying to raise the price. Both times we declined and they eventually picked it up for what was agreed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I transported my vehicle from California to Florida and they delivered my vehicle to me in horrible condition, extremely filthy and with water damage. The transporter drove my car across the country with all my windows down... He delivered and left my car at the wrong address while it was running and left alone in the middle of a random parking lot. For all I know my car could have been stolen.
