this is the friendliness office I have dealt with in a long time. They are all concerned and very attentive. The doctors and PA I have seen have been wonderful. So glad I found them.

Service is always great but the online scheduling system is definitely ancient. I made an appointment online a couple of days ago for my daughter to get seen. Wake up early in the morning and got dressed to go and the appointment was canceled. No other appointments available anywhere today, so I guess it will be an urgent care. Second cancellation in less than a few days. Apparently just because it shows available doesn’t mean it’s available. You have to wait for confirmation. I am so glad I found this place! Not only am I able to get most of my appt's right away (unlike 6-8+ weeks for my prior doctors) due to their extended hours and weekend appt's, but every appt I've been to has been very thorough and Dr. Seidal take her time and has the patience to answer any questions and doesn't rush you out of there like most places do. My experience with Kristen Seidel PA was friendly and efficient. She was open and direct and took my opinions into account and together we worked on a workable plan for me. She also located a dermatologist and put in a referral per my request who contacted me the same day and set up an appointment for December. This was my first visit there and definitely not my last. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor was amazing! She spent time listening to my concerns and answering questions. Was not rushed at all! Overall great experience!!!
