My first visit could not have gone any better. Helen at front desk is so perfessional and goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Amanda Steventon is so sincere for her patients, took time to hear what I needed to discuss and explained every concern so I could understand. This is my health care facility from this time forward. The office is new and extremly nice patient rooms. The staff go above and beyond. I needed to be seen because of an error at the pharmacy ( pharmacy fault) and they got me right in and I am so grateful and appreciative of their phenomenal customer service.

First appointment at Avance was great! Everyone was super helpful and kind, I spoke with Helen on the phone and she was super helpful, Jeremy was super welcoming and helped get all the paper work taken care of. Zannetta and Kristen were great and made me feel super comfortable at my first appointment

Great staff in the office here in Fuquay Varina...some of the most professional yet friendly and courteous folks I have seen in a medical practice. They are prompt with scheduling and returning calls and emails. Thanks for being here in our town.

Such a great experience at this Avance location. I normally go to the Cary office, but this office had weekend appointments open. Jeremy the patient coordinator was super friendly and welcoming. Jessica the medical assistant was thorough and friendly. I met with Kristen the PA for my problem and she was attentive and easy to talk to. This was a great first impression and plan to visit this location again when given the option.
