Love my PA Kristen Seidel, she's always happy, smiling and so caring. It's not a "I Dread going to the Doctor". The staff is so friendly and helpful.

As someone who does not like going to medical offices under any circumstances, from my first visit last year, to every visit since, I have felt much more comfortable and relaxed in every aspect, compared to any other medical provider I have ever been to. I had to find a new provider after 36 years and Avance Care was recommended by my old provider. Needless to say, I was dreading having to switch providers after all these years. I was greeted by Helen at the front desk, which was so pleasant, and Kristen Seidel was the PA I saw for my consult. She is so nice and personable. Took so much time with me and I felt so comfortable. The facility is very nice and their online portable is so easy to use. So glad I decided to go with this practice!

My first visit could not have gone any better. Helen at front desk is so perfessional and goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Amanda Steventon is so sincere for her patients, took time to hear what I needed to discuss and explained every concern so I could understand. The staff go above and beyond. I needed to be seen because of an error at the pharmacy ( pharmacy fault) and they got me right in and I am so grateful and appreciative of their phenomenal customer service.
