Customer Service is something that can make or break any place of business. Patient Coordinators, Helen & Jeremy were like a breath of fresh air. If you've ever experienced terrible, sub par customer service at "hello" you exhale whenever you come across someone who knows how important this is and treats you like they care. I've come here a few times now and I can't be happier I choose to switch providers to the new office in Fuquay Varina. The patient coordinators Jeremy Faison and Antoinette Mitchell are super sweet when you walk through the door and making appointments are a breeze!
