Great staff in the office here in Fuquay Varina...some of the most professional yet friendly and courteous folks I have seen in a medical practice. They are prompt with scheduling and returning calls and emails. Thanks for being here in our town.

Such a great experience at this Avance location. I normally go to the Cary office, but this office had weekend appointments open. Jeremy the patient coordinator was super friendly and welcoming. Jessica the medical assistant was thorough and friendly. I met with Kristen the PA for my problem and she was attentive and easy to talk to. This was a great first impression and plan to visit this location again when given the option.

What a lovely team here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The doctor was reassuring and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I haven’t felt this confident in a doctors office in quite a while!

I had an amazing experience at Avance Care in Fuquay Varina! I was welcomed by Ms.Helen T. she is an amazing person, very welcoming and friendly!! I had Lucia A. as my nurse she was very sweet and easy going as well! I had the pleasure of having Dr. Amanda S. She was very comforting and listened to my concerns and gave me all the info I needed!! To end off my visit I had Jeremy F. at the front desk to check me out!! All in all it was great environment and great people to have when you go to the doctors!!

I really love Avance Care. They have taken SUCH good care of me, physically and mentally. They are always really sweet and take my concerns seriously. I highly recommend them from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors!

Customer Service is something that can make or break any place of business. Patient Coordinators, Helen & Jeremy were like a breath of fresh air. If you've ever experienced terrible, sub par customer service at "hello" you exhale whenever you come across someone who knows how important this is and treats you like they care. The team at Avance Care were consistently warm and welcoming.
