Avance Psychology and Pain Management center in Chapel Hill has taken fantastic care of me and my myriad of pain conditions. Dr Prakken and his crew there are some of the best doctors, PA’s and nurses I have ever had the privilege to work with. I’ve been seeing Dr Prakken for almost 18 years now while following him between practices. I wouldn’t want to be cared for by anyone else.
Always on time and ready. They always review details in advance and are helpful, friendly courteous and kind.
Dr Prakken was easy to speak with. He provided some good insight after a brief. Consultation. He seems very thorough and thoughtful! I usually wait until I’ve had several conversations and meetings with my care providers but in this case I have no reservations in stating he is very good at least for me Thank you for the opportunity to leave a review
I see Deb Stoia & her bedside manner & level of caring for her patients is out of this world. She spends as much time with you as you need & really listens to what you have to say. She works with you closely to make sure you feel the best.
As always, I was treated with respect and a noted concern for my health, pain management, and mental health from both Deb as well as Carly.
Anyone is so professional and the doctors really sit down and listen to your concerns.
I feeel like Dr. Prakken actually listened to me an md understood my struggles. I’ve only seen him once and I can already tell he will be able to help me more than all of of the other doctors I’ve seen combined. I’m really looking forward to working with him on getting my mental health better and with helping my pain.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is comfortable and clean. I feel safe and cared for every visit.
