Been coming here coming up on 4 years. Deb has been compassionate and warm and empathetic to my situation (chronic pain/multiple surgeries and mental health difficulties) and helped me talk things out at times and medically find solutions (it’s a medical practice not a medical perfect) that allows me to live life relatively pain free while having my mental health issues addressed and can contribute to society as a whole without it interfering my work on HIPAA compliant practice management software. I have been dealing with chronic pain for a number of years now and Avance has been the best pain management team and Brett Gordon has been an excellent addition to Dr. Prakken’s staff.

Avance has made more progress in the few months since that I have been seeing them than the 20 + years I was see my other pain management clinic. They actually listen to the patients treat them according to how they are feeling rather than by what they believe they are feeling or they predispose notions of how they are feeling.
