Complex is older,... (Verified Renter) Complex is older, and our unit is very drafty as result (bad windows and doors do not seal).

The overall community... (Verified Renter) The overall community and quality of the apartments are nice. However, what lowers my score is the delay and lack of communication concerning maintenue requests, especially ones of great concern.

The overall community... (Verified Renter) The overall community so far is lovely. I'm just disappointed at the lack of communication concerning "Priority" marked maintenance issues - just a simple update or timeline would have been nice. Additionally, I'm disappointed at the rather long list of things I had to send in with my move-in paper that show the apartment was not thoroughly inspected prior to my move-in.

I had to... (Verified Renter) I had to chase down a real person at my complex to find out the status of my request and when it would be handled. It involved not being able to use my kitchen sink or dishwasher so while not being an "emergency", it was vital to get it fixed quickly.

I recently experienced... (Verified Renter) I recently experienced my A/C being down for two weeks and the management felt 75.00 credit on my rent was fair compensation which I felt was not fair especially since it occurred in the middle of the summer... I recently experienced someone going through my car when it was unlocked don't feel safe in the community

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I'm a sixty seven year old woman who was assigned three different appartments and the final apartment was supposed to be move in ready! The door was plexiglass and so was the screen or the so called patio door. Did I mention that this apartment was lower level? The bath tubs in both bathrooms were dirty, corner's in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets look like they had termite damage! The door to the laundry room was missing a hinge to keep it closed. Don’t MOVE HERE The apartments look very nice on the website but in person, it’s a complete mess! They promised me all the newest updates and new appliances but on move-in day I had none of this! I spent two months waiting to see the apartment, only to be disappointed. I noticed right away that the washer and dryer were old. I mentioned it to them and they promised to have it installed by the end of the week, why wasn’t this done already??? I was ignored... (Verified Renter) I was ignored when I specifically said to call my phone before coming to my apartment to do maintenance.
