Avery Point is... (Verified Renter) Avery Point is a nice community to live in. I would recommend others to live here. So far my stay has been peaceful, i.have not interacted on a one on one wit maintenance, service request are completed. However it just seems it takes sometime.
I feel safe... (Verified Renter) I feel safe here. Good location. The only issue is it borders on being too expensive. Wish rent included water/sewage/trash and that wasn?t hacked on after.
New Resident I've been living at Avery Point for a couple of months now, and I'm very happy! The location is great; really close to businesses and fun stuff, but in a nice quiet area. I got lucky with good neighbors and in my experience, the apartment staff has been incredibly helpful. Their customer service is great and I feel very fortunate to have found this place. Great place Avery Point has been a good place to me the last three years. The only reason I'm leaving is that my rent is slowly creeping up to a level that I'm not comfortable paying, and I want to be closer to downtown, or a different side of town in general. Maintenance is quick and has done a great job on my repairs over the years (AC, sealing my tub, garbage disposal, amongst other minor issues). Avery Point Apartments I love my apartment. My neighbors are great. The walls are painted a faint grey color which I love and there was new carpet and linoleum when I moved in. The maintenance crew has been great as well. My only complaint would be that the appliances are really old. The dishwasher works but not well so i don't even use it. The dryer is really loud as well as the A/C unit and the water heater. But overall I am very pleased.
Town homes are very homey! We have lived here for nearly 5 years and really like it. The layout is nice and the neighborhood is quiet, at times, I forget we live in apartment complexes. The staff has always been friendly.
Really just average the complex is really just average. it is a bit over priced. there are a lot of weeds in the patio areas that should be taken care of by the maintenance and they are not. in a perfect world, i would be able to live in downtown indianapolis. on the upside, they are finally upgrading the workout facility!
Pure Luck When I was ready to move, I was lucky enough to come across this place. The location is ideal, with shopping, restaurants and nightlife right at your fingertips, without being too pricey. I love that the apartments are spacious including the balconies, they all come with washers and dryers, and thats not all. The facilities are great! This place is terrible I have lived here for 3 years now. They are a corporate owned apartments. They will not work with you on anything. They are very rude people. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
