Tony Staggs reached out after I inquired about a car for my parents. He invited us to come in and take a look at a few cars. I was hesitant and ready for an all out dealer battle. We drove up, parked and we're greeted by two ladies who offered us water. They called Tony to let him know we arrived I was ready to get haggled but wasn't feeling it.
