Valentino was great, never felt pressured. Easy to talk to. Explained everything… actually one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! Felt he was fair and honest very informative during the whole thing!

Excellent experience working with Valentino, he made the process of buying a vehicle very easy. We did the entire transaction over the phone and all we had to do is show up at dealership and drive off with the new vehicle.

This is my first experience with both Valentino and Avondale Toyota. I live in Ahwatukee and this dealership isn't geographically beneficial to me. Well, I never stepped foot in the dealership. Not only was all the paperwork expertly and efficiently completed without me sitting there for 4 hours, Valentino delivered the vehicle, gave me an introduction to the technologies, helped me move my personal items with my trade in, then took the trade in, all within an hour and in the heat here in Phoenix at the end of June. Valentine was extremely helpful, friendly, and polite while we were figuring things out for the vehicle trade in and sale. Not a single time did I feel like I was being pressured or coerced into making a decision that was against my best interest, and for that I am extremely appreciative. He made the experience the single best sales experience I've ever had.
