cutomer service I personally want to thank service manager ceejay for stepping up higher then what any other manager could have done.. he heard my boyfriend eddy explanation. Can I get treated any better!?? (Sales/Finace. Randy Goyne) This my 3rd vehicle in 10 years that I have bought from Avondale Toyota. A new and unigue buying-serice experience! Any difficult or hard 'new car' experiences I have ever had were 100% blown away by using Avondale Toyota. Your greeted, and instantly helped. The one aspect that was fantastic, is that when you start with a sales management person, you STAY with that one person through your entire experience. Best car buying experience ever! We experienced the best car buying experience ever at Avondale Toyota. From the moment we were greeted until we drove off the lot we felt exceptional customer service. 11 out of 10 (re Randy Gowne) Both the Dealership and Randy Goyne were nothing short of FANTASTIC ! I expected to dread the whole process and then buy, like we're all are accustomed. fast and good service I was greeted at the parking lot as soon as I got out of my car. Each person I worked with was kind, but did not seem fake. All the information I received was very helpful in my decision making process. What I liked most was how fast it went. Great Customer Service I hate buying a car because of all the negotiating you always have to do but when I walked into Avondale Toyota few days ago, it was the total opposite experience.
