Alvin is a great employee. The service on my car was done on a timely manner. This is my second time using the service dept. at Avondale, and I must say that their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!
Best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife and I decided to to buy a newer used car. We brought the kids with us, took seperate test drives and traded in a vehicle. We were in and out in less than 3 hours. They had plenty of snacks and a play area for the kids. The car we bought cost less than the KBB "dealer price" and they gave us more for our trade in than the KBB "trade in value." Definite recommend!

I had read about Avondale Toyota on the web when researching the Ford Edge on Auto trader.com, and wanted to experience their one person service experience for myself. Following up on Michael Wood letter I came in to see what would be offered by him for our 2010 Corolla S. I had only 33,000 miles on it and it was always maintained as per maintanence schedule. Michael gave me an offer that was more than I expected and instead of buying another Corolla I purchased a new Camry. I had a horrible experience at Right Toyota in Scottsdale. So happy that I came to Avondale. Such an easy, pleasant experience. John found the car I was looking for, got it here quickly and less expensively than other dealer quoted, and gave me $4000 more for my trade in than Right had offered. Would absolutely buy another car here again.
Toyota could not find out what was wrong with my Prius. So I traded it in and got a Camry. There seems to be a problem with certain Priuses and I was afraid to drive it again.
Second time using Avondale Toyota and we returned due to great service. Pickle was great both times! We were there a little longer than needed to be as the detailing department forgot about us. We recommend Avondale and Pickle to everyone.
