We had a great experience with Avondale Toyota! As first time car buyers, we were apprehensive about the prospect of being in a "pressure cooker" situation. However, our salesperson, Mark treated us very well and with utmost honesty. We only had to deal with him and there was not any going back and forth between him and a manager. They paid top dollar for the trade in and found a car that met our exact specifications. We will continue to do business with Avondale Toyota.

I was fraudulently sold a certified preowned 4runner from the dealership. The vehicle was missing a headlight bulb and had non-working headlights. It was not legal to drive on the public roadways due to this fact. I had to have another Toyota dealership look over the vehicle and they found numerous issues, including a leaking shock and cracked drive belt, proving that they did not complete Toyotas 160 point certification process and pushed the certification documents to sell this vehicle at a premium price. I bought a 2020 Toyota sequoia 66,500 miles . Cpo certified pre owned gold package . I live out state had vehicle shipped to me. .This is the list of things I wasn’t told to me from before purchase . I did ask about maintenance and said we have maintained records and schedule maintenance was done . 1.windshield had 2 cracks and pitting all around line of site . . Avondale Toyota is horrible. Bought new 2025 Camry and tire light was on when I left. Antonio Martinez said it was condensation and would go away. It didn't. Scheduled an appointment and waited 3 hours for the to tell me it was a nail and they would not fix. Only 75 miles on the car. Antonio Martinez promises the world and just shrugs about this issue. Disgusting. I am elderly and feel I was taken advantage of. Had looked at and no nail. Now all other tire sensors won't go off. They do not care.

Made an appointment with Avondale Toyota this morning for 9 am oil change. I am there at 8:45 am I walked away very disappointed with the service, which there was NONE. I waited until 11 am text my serviced advisor (Michael) no response, I then went to his desk, @ 11:30 wasn't there, finally he shows up, I asked him if my Highlander is ready, tells me he doesn't know and walks out to find out. It has come to my attention that the volume of service requests you receive is overwhelming, and as a result, the quality of service has significantly declined. My initial experience with the dealership was very poor however, they followed up and apologized if not addressing all my problems. After purchasing a vehicle, I noticed some badging missing and decided to do some further research. Although, the Carfax the dealer provided indicated the vehicle had not been in any accidents. After more calls and research I find out there had been glass replaced, and the vehicle had been repainted without the badging replaced. oil change appointment at 9:30, got in at 9:08. at 11:40 am , sorry for delay shouldn't take much longer. I ask my service advisor @10, 10:30, 11, & 11:30, was told the same thing. NICE PEOPLE, BUT VERY IMCOMPETENT TO SCHEDULE & DO A OIL CHANGE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

This dealership does not care for their customers they're willing to give you a bad deal just to sell a truck I do not recommend going here. Don't even service your vehicles here you will get screwed up in some sort of way by these people. They sold me a bad truck and I ended up having to go back to get a different truck and they were very difficult with me about it, they paired me with a greenhorn salesman named Alberto.
