We just bought a new Tacoma here. This was one of the nicest and most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. Our salesman was Terry Pickle and he was great. Never was he pushy or tried to get us into something we didn't want. Their no hassle pricing was awesome. The price we paid was spot on to what KBB & Edmunds recommended. Jared was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I don't enjoy purchasing cars; however, Avondale made it a great experience. I would highly recommend them for those interested in purchasing a car. Although I live in NJ I would consider purchasing through Avondale Toyota again.
We drove from Tucson to purchase a vehicle from Avondale Toyota because they have the best prices in Arizona. The process was smooth and we only had to deal with one person through the entire transaction. Reece was a great salesman to work with, and never pressured us and offered more for our trade than expected. All in all this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. I have recommended several people to make the drive to Avondale to purchase a vehicle.

In shopping for a vehicle we came across one posted by Avondale Toyota. When we went to see it, we got to work with Jared Bates. He was very professional and extremely eager to help us have the best experience possible. We would like to express our appreciation to Avondale Toyota and especially Jared. Nice dealership I had a very nice experience i got at the dealership by 2:30pm and i went home around 4:45pm the workers are very friendly and Rick Bertanza is the best dealer!
Arrived at Avondale Toyota and service was fast and friendly. Both CJ and Mitch were very helpful and solved my problem fast and efficiently and I am greatly appreciative for this. Would definitely recommend to family ad friends.
I would recommend this dealership for the novice car buyer or someone who doesn't really know true mark up or dealer cost or for those who are just really uncomfortable around people and don't want confrontation or negotiation. I was very unhappy with the pricing there. My advice would be to take their "non negotiable" made up price and use it as a starting point. Take it to any other dealer in the valley and watch them beat it. I've done it twice and I have had many friends do the same thing. A non negotiable toyota? Lol ok... read more

Hands down the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had. No bargaining, no hustle, no mind games. Mark showed us the cars we wanted to see and also showed us the vehicles that may fit our lifestyles better than we'd thought. Walked out of the dealership with top dollar for our trades (toyota trades) and two brand new vehicles. This was easier than grocery shopping.
