Went in for service on old vehicle need much work and worked with Terry Pickle on new vehicle. He was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in. I as out of the dealership in about 2 hrs. Great service!!

My husband and I went in strongly feeling we would be purchasing either a Toyota or Ford Hybrid, after working with Elgin it was a no brainer! The second we walked onto the lot we were greeted and offered helped, but they were happy to let us "just look" which is what we did 3 times in total before finding exactly what we wanted. Other dealerships either ignored us(Ford the first time we went), were overbearing with daily follow-up phone calls even when asked to stop(Ford after we test drove) or said they were unable to test... read more

It was a True Blessing to have had the experience of purchasing my first vehicle at the Avondale Toyota the Staff was Wonderful and very Generous! Our sales/Finance Manager, Edgar Jurado along with the staff helped us every step of the way.
This was one of my best experiences car shopping. No run-around or "let me check with my manager" delays. No sending you from one finance guy to another. Overall, a very good experience.

Very knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Matt is the best, went out of his way to accommodate us in delivering the car to our home and making sure we understood the workings of the Prius, since it is a bred and has many different controls than the Highlander we own.
i went in about a month ago to get my camry serviced, i was walking around the dealership when i notices a few tacoma prerunners i liked, i asked for a dealer and Jared was there in a hurry with his professionalism and eagerness to help i left my camry and drove home a brand new tacoma. i must say that was one of my best car buying experiences everkeep up the good work Jared Bates. Lets just say these two gentlemen are the dream tesm.
