Customer service sucks!!!! They don't call you back. I want to spend my money on service and additions and I can't get these idiots to call me back to schedule a appt! Complete morons!!!!

Air conditioner was blowing warm air about 10% of time. When I received the car back, it went from 10% hot air and 90% cool air to 100% hot air. Also had my oil changed. They didn't check fluids. On way home tried to wash the windshield, but there was little water to do it. Looked at fluid levels when I got home and they didn't check anything.
Several weeks ago I purchased a used car from the Avondale Toyota Scion dealership. I thought at the time I would have a warranty through another insurance company so I did not purchase a warranty at point of sale. Unfortunately, I found out I was not eligible for the extended warranty and missed the opportunity of purchase with the Toyota dealership. Made appointment for regular scheduled maintenance. Service representative Tyler Young was courteous and helpful, however that's where the good feeling ended. After my vehicle was driven into the service garage I waited in the waiting area, then after a period of time decided to walk to the service garage to view the work being done on my year old vehicle. They strive for customers to feel very happy when they leave this place, but I am very much disappointed with Avondale Toyota. I have driven an 2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner for 6 YEARS with NO driveabiltity/mechanical/electrical problems WHATSOEVER. I decided to have them simply flush the transmission and take a look at an oil leak. Went in to look at some vehicles, was driving a 2008 lifted FJ Cruiser (bad xxx). My wife fell in love with a 2011 Tundra and we decided to trade in the FJ for it. The price they gave me for the FJ was fair and I believe the deal was alright overall, however the issue I have with this dealer is that when buying the Tundra I told the salesman that I wanted the wheels balanced correctly because the steering wheel was all over the place when driving it, he supposedly made a note "We Owe" that service would call me asap since it... read more

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma in Aug 2012. The truck did not come with a spear key. A little after I purchased the truck, I asked the Sales Manager, Kevin Green, to see if he can make a spear key at no additional cost. His response, " I can contact the previous owner." Kevin attempted to contact the previous owner, but after 3-4wks I have not heard anything. When I called Kevin, he advise he talked to the previous owner, but that person was unable locate the key. I spoke a sales person named Charles and he asked me to come to the dealership at a specific time the day after to look at a pre-owned car. Drove 34miles to look at the car and Charles was not even there and some other person said the car was sold. Really makes me mad, someone would not even call us not to come. I would never do any kind of business with this dealership nor would recommend this dealership. Interesting to see someone else had posted a similar experience with this dealership.
