Did not disclose the brand new car we purchased had been in We purchased a 2010 Corolla on 8/20/2010 from Avondale Toyota. We just used it as a trade in on a new Honda. When the dealership was negotiating with us on a trade in value they ran a car fax report on the Toyota and it showed an accident report from 8/11/2010. This was before we purchased the car. By law they are supposed to disclose this to the buyer (me) which they did not. It ended up hurting the trade in value.

Work done after complaint. salesman and service person unreliable when called to setup service call for repair on my 2003 buick lesabre. fuel sending unit went out and radiator full of oily gunk all before the 15 day warranty, and now its too late because the salesman and the service person didn't call back to setup appointment. this is the second vehicle I bought from the and looks like the last. thanks Avondale Toyota for poor after sale service. bought on 9\03\2016 after reading my post,dealer contacted me to have the wor... read more

Taken advantage of!!! so just under a year ago we we searching for a vehicle to fit our family of 6 in an the car we had had been totaled. We had about 2000$ to put down an we also had a co signer. We went to Toyota avondale one day and couldn't find anything in our budget. Went back the following weekend and dealt with a sales person by the name of Sean hornbeck who was gone shortly after we got our van. Absolute worst SERVICE If I were able to post less than a star I would. Absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Do not recommend this "service" to anyone. The power steering went out on my 2014 tundra with only 16k miles. I took it in and later received a phone call from mike roller informing me that warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I could not believe what he told me. Car dealer Was busy. So I was trying to negotiate over the phone to purchase a car. Dealer didn't have time for me. Gave him my info. Over the phone. Called me back but did take the time negotiate with me. Thanks Toyota for the hospitality!

I was treated horribly Sure the sales people are great but lets talk maintenance; this is somewhat lengthy but ask you to please read.... My husband and I bought a brand new 2011 Toyota 4runner &a 2010 Toyota Tundra off of the Avondale Toyota dealership. The sales people were awesome. Then at 37,000 miles white smoke began to pour out of my exhaust so we took it in. There were no dash lights or anything on. Treated like we were idiots. Caught Scott in many lies and didn't give us what we asked for. Made us feel uncomfortable. Dealership was excellent other than our experience with Scott.

poor customer service The way he talked down to me was uncalled for. John acted as if the sale didn't matter to him. I will not be coming back to this dealership.
