Poor Service with Avondale Toyota I have purchased two highlanders through Avondale Toyota, and unfortunately will never purchase a car through this dealership again. My latest experience was with Jake Fratt. Talking with him over the phone, he was informed of exactly the car I was looking at as well as the pricing I was looking to pay. Really disappointed that the car was not ready had a couple things it needs to be done and have to waste my time going back and forth to the dealer
Dont go here!!!! Was rushed through the whole buying process!! After about a month of having the car they called and threatened to take it unless I gave them $1500 down (I got approval before making the 3 1/2 hour drive down to the valley) only for them to call and say I wasn't approved. Ive been constantly threatened and haggled that they will come get the car and/or get the authorities involved. Don’t trust these people. Bought a car in November, It was a Cadillac Escalade that came with a lot of problems. I was told by Jesse Frazier they only offered warranty for Toyota’s but after calling back to get info on a ford truck they said they did offer warranty for any vehicle purchased at their location for around 2,500. So why was i denied the warranty? I had to buy a warranty that cost me 4,000. Thought it was a good buying experience at first and thought people working there were honest. Buyer Beware, Contract Manipulation! Went to the dealership to purchase a truck and traded in my existing vehicle. After signing and going under contract, I was called 2 days later telling me that I needed to come in and redo a new contract because they gave me $2,000 more than they should have for my trade. WE HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT—- but they threaten to not fund my loan if I didn’t come back and sign a new contract giving me $2k less for my trade! Not an ethical way of doing business! Buyer beware!!

Prudence is very, very rude representative. Prudence is very rude representative. She has very poor Customer Service. There are 4 people, who witnessed the call on 08/21/2017 at 2:47 PM. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
