Great service, prompt, thorough but not obnoxious trying to cite the tiniest things like door hinges. Easy to schedule, prompt and walked us through all the findings for the sewer and inspection.

Not only does Axium offer rigorous inspections, their customer service is simply outstanding. I pre-scheduled three inspections with them while making offers on homes, and despite having to cancel three times when my offers weren't accepted, Axium was nothing but understanding and encouraging. Scott was absolutely amazing. He gave us a detailed walkthrough of all of the issues he found as well as ways we could potentially fix on our own if possible. The house is old so he also explained how things work as well as why they work that way which was super interesting. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Axium. Their report was very thorough & included pictures and even video to demonstrate their findings.
