Our family has a mountain cabin that always has projects to do. We decided to hire Axium Inspections to do a comprehensive home inspection so that we could determine where we have the most need of improvement. Axium sent David Montano. He was punctual, thorough, and extremely helpful. We were not surprised to learn that we need a new roof (yikes!), but we also got a lot of peace of mind that our cabin is not quite so rickety after all. This was my first home inspection on a new construction property. The inspector was awesome and very very thorough catching things I never would have even known to look for and they're being addressed by the builder! Ron was super helpful explaining everything to me and pointing out stuff I should really focus on getting fixed before closing. Definitely recommend! And the report is extremely thorough, detailed, and complete with pictures of everything inspected!
I have never had a better home inspection and I have bought and sold over ten homes. This company is outstanding for the price and for the thoroughness of the inspector. Morgan was our guy and from start to finish he was focused, detailed oriented, and checked out things (in the house we are under contract with) that I would never have dreamed of looking for. Searched for top inspectors in metro denver and yelp sent me here. So hard to review the house reviewers but pdf I got seemed very comprehensive. Scheduling/payment was simple.
