I had to get some radon mitigation on a new home I purchased. The HOA records on the rules for external work were hard to get and my HOA wasn't very responsive. Also, while trying to get the work done, I got COVID causing even further delays. Axium was great during this process. They never once complained, their professionals worked with the HOA to get their questions satisfied. One time there was a miscommunication and a repairman came by the house, but they never complained or charged a visit fee for wasting his time.... read more
