I can't recommend this company enough this is the 3rd time I have used them and they are through and knowledgeable I used Brandon this round and he was great. I have also used Derrick. The reports are easy to read, clear and good photos.

We were in the process of buying a condo and needed a quick turnaround to meet our contract requirements. The inspector was prompt, thorough, cheerful, and more than happy to discuss what they had found and what items they thought were of particular concern. They made us comfortable and left us with a detailed report we have forwarded to our agent.

Axium is without a doubt one of the best inspection companies that we have worked with! We needed an inspection asap for our attorney. I talked to them on a "Sunday" and made an appt for the next Tuesday. Kyle was right on time and very professional. He did a thorough inspection that lasted over 2 hours! He took the time to answer every question. The next morning by 8am I had a full inspection report with pictures and recommendations. So impressed!! Will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Tim from Axium Inspections is very thorough, meticulous and knowledgeable. On time and professional. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that there were a lot of follow up emails trying to up sell me on home related stuff.

He was able to come out the next day, and - this is a small detail, but I noticed - he discussed the issues he found with total respect for my ability to understand what he was saying.
