First time home buyer so my experience with home inspections is limited. That being said, my inspector Thanh was amazing. Incredibly thorough and detailed. He took the time to walk through all of the items after he had conducted the inspection, explaining and educating me on the potential issues. Ron did an excellent job on an Inspection I needed on an older Genesee home which needed much work. His photography and detailed description of the issues were some of the best I've seen . We were representing a client in another state with a very quick closing and Ron accommodated our schedule with very short notice. If you are looking for very thorough detail, good photos showing inspection issues and a fast turnaround time, I would recommend Ron. Beesley Realty will definitely be using him again!

We contracted Axium for our home inspection on a 1944 home. Not only was their customer service easy to work with, we were able to add on additional services, including a sewer scope. Because of our tight timeframes, we requested Labor Day, and were pleasantly surprised to learn that they were available. Lee did an astounding job inspection our home. He was so thorough and detailed. Thank you for taking your time to go over everything with a fine tooth comb, we are so much more comfortable moving forward with purchasing this home after the report we received. Axium exceeded my expectations. They were thorough and focused on the right areas. Thanh worked through every room and quickly pointed out any issues. The team treats the home they are inspecting as of it were their own. I can't say enough about how good Axium is and if you can pick, ask for Thanh!!

We've never bought a house before so first inspection. Mike was great. He seemed to do a thorough job, and took a ton of notes/pictures. What I really liked though was that Mike clearly had a broad range of experience, so not only was he giving us info about the house but also just general tips about home maintenance, gotchas about houses in Colorado vs the East coast, etc. He was also really patient with me and entertained a bunch of questions even when I could tell he was pretty tired. Thanh V. did amazing! He went above and beyond, even got stung by a wasp (but he persevered). He explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand the report he compiled. I would definitively recommend Axium and Thanh! Thank you so much!!

Recently bought a house and needed to schedule a home inspection within a few days. They were easily able to accommodate for the short notice and gave me a call with all the information. Lee did a thorough inspection and took the time to walk through and explain all the items and issues he came across to me. I only chose the basic home inspection, but they do provide a lot of other add-ons depending on what your needs are.
