Absolutely loved this place. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, our server was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was EVERYTHING. Dim lighting, great theme, candle lit table and unconventional seating areas gave the place so much character. The halloumi fries, espresso martini, golden cock pie, mashed potatoes, and tweed valley lamb with langoustine were all phenomenal choices. Will likely stop in one more time before our trip is over.
Everything was great, service was really prompt but didn't get rushed and the food was fab .
Food was lovely, fantastic service, great atmosphere, can’t fault anything at all.
In general the food was very nice and the atmosphere as well. However the fish (hake and langoustines) were dry and almost tasteless. The vegetarian dish, fish and chips and the steak were good though.
Fabulous restaurant, amazing from start to finish! A theme done right. Lovely bar area with great bar staff. Welcoming and friendly host, we were seated in the best seats in the house which was brilliant. Food was outstanding, had seen great reviews about the food and they were absolutely right, Golden Cock Pie was delicious! We enjoyed a really pleasant meal at Badger and Co. The food was a really nice standard for the price point - I’d definitely recommend the venison. Only slight complaint (and I’m disappointed to read that other diners have experienced the same but clearly no improvements have been made) is that we had to chase the waiting staff for menus etc. I guess it is a tough balance - between giving diners enough time so they don’t feel like they are being chased off their table and leaving them so long that they feel forgotten about b... read more

Outstanding service as usual, always take my friends here as you are guaranteed to be well looked after, food and drinks are always amazing and never ever let down
This was our favorite dining in Edinburgh. The steak & beer pie and cock pie were delicious. We finished up with a delightful Bannafee dessert. This is a super-cool spot. Love it and have already recommended.
