We had really looked forward to our evening meal but were left a little underwhelmed by the food and service.
Excellent food well presented and tasty too. Lovely staff and comfy chairs and lots of Wind in the Willows pictures . Lovely area outside that children would love with paintings of badgers and co. Toilets needed a bit more attention by late afternoon , no soap in dispensers. Would visit again .

We came here for a meal while on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. A chilled out, romantic atmosphere with unbelievable food. Highly recommended
Lovely place and breakfast was very good indeed. Pretty much empty but it was mid week and early morning.
Good food and service. House wine a little overpriced.
The beer was cold and fresh. The fish was hanging off the plate in its crispy golden brown jacket. The sausage roll was comforting with a bite of creamy bone marrow on the side. Generous portions. Friendly service. Playful interior.
Lovely spot for lunch, we were given a very nice table in the window and had very good service and tasty food. Lovely cosy and lively ambience but still felt relaxed and not too noisy for our own conversation. Lovely interior design. Great online booking system:)
