I booked a specific table over the Internet but I also dropped in a week in advance to ensure that was understood...otherwise a deal breaker...and was assured we had table 1. When we arrived the table was occupied, however, the staff took immediate action, admitted a mistake and moved the people to another table and sorted the issue back in our favour...exactly as should be the case. We went here for the Badger brunch. Overall it was very good value for money, good atmosphere for a catch up with friends. The food was fine, it was what you would expect for what we were paying, no complaints. The 4 drinks we got were lovely, however the service was very slow and it took us ages to order drinks each time.
2 nd visit and again fantastic food, service and value for money. A must place to go!!!
Booked a table during our visit to the Christmas markets. Mentioned on booking that it was my daughters 18th Birthday, the server brought her a free glass of champagne over and we had a lovely table by the window. I had the chicken and ham hough pie, it looked huge! But it was delicious, full of meat and not filled with gravy. My husband had the pork and daughter had fish n chips. All loved it! Would definitely return.

The quality of the food was good but the flavor was bland. The soup of the day had a great consistency but it needed more flavor or spices to it. The Sunday roast beef was also bland. the beef itself was of nice texture but bland. Vegan super food salad was tasteless. Cesar salad was nice and fresh as it was the salmon appetizer. Service was nice and we enjoyed our lunch time.
