Had a lovely dinner and catch up with a former colleague. We both enjoyed our pies, a tad rich, filling and very tasty. Will return.
The food was OK, but the main issue was that the service was very slow. We waited 1 hour for main courses. The decor was nice, general atmosphere was good.
Yes, a neighborhood gem with a really wonderful and diverse menu of seasonal items. A very accommodating and friendly place with food options that should suit just about everyone. Absolute taste of freshness in the dishes.
Badger & Co seemed very promising from what others had written on here. While the quality of service and atmosphere were nice, the food and value for money let this place down badly. My lamb (£18ish) came cold and unseasoned, and my other half's salad (around the £15 mark) was also very disappointing. If the food was £10 cheaper it would be fine, but at these price points this is simply sub-par. Sunday lunch with family at B and co. Booked through opentable but never received the 25% discount as promised. Shouldn’t have to ask, if booked through the website then should have been automatically deducted so feel a bit sad about that. Food wise everything good as ever, pies always great though think there was an issue with the fryer as chips and fish not as crispy as they should be or have been before. Highly recommend the bottomless brunch! The chocolate sauce was Devine and we loved the waffles and churros ! Comfy seats and good atmosphere, plus helpful staff
The interior and atmosphere are amazing, and the staff attentive and polite. The food was a bit of a let down - I was expecting better quality and not something that partly tasted and looked like it had come out of a ready made, frozen meal. Not a bad taste, just a bit dull...
