Cocktails were great, good wine list ,friendly service and the Sunday roast beef special was delicious !
Happily discovered this restaurant on our first night in town. Good meat pie - excellent chicken pie! - but simply too much food. Eat a small salad and split a pie and you'll be happy, too. P.S. The bar is really too loud; head for the dining room....

While visiting from US- we had dinner at Badger and Co. Our food was excellent- I had perfectly done Sea Bass with a lovely eggplant purée! My husband had lamb and loved it! Great cocktails and appetizer as well. This was a fun, lively spot- would highly recommend!

I chose this restaurant because I like badgers and Wind in the Willows. The decor and badger theme is adorable. But the cocktails, service, and food is also wonderful.
this was a second time booking with a three month gap and we were remembered by the waitress which was very nice, shows good staff training , the house is lovely and nicely theme decorated, however its the attention to detail in the making and presentation of the dishes which make this restaurant special
We had 3 course set lunch and would have happily eaten all of the choices. We went for the smoked makeral pate which was a really small portion but lovely. The fish finger roll and chips was delicious. The rice pudding was lush and a massive helping. Great value for money, friendly effcient service. Would happily return.
Disappointing service - coke split over friend apology but no discount or free drink . Some of our friends hadn't been there before so would have been better for staff to explain what the meals had ie need for sides. Meals didn't all come at same time and long wait between service. Had a great first experience awhile ago there but unfortunately it didn't live up to this.
